Tiger Wildlife Resort

The hotel is in a great spot for looking around the jungle. We really enjoyed the safari and the barbecue, and the food was amazing. The rooms are good for what they cost. Loved the place and the whole experience.

The private safari in the community forest gave us wonderful animal sightings, including several rhinos, elephants, deer, peacocks and other birds. On earlier trips to Chitwan parks, I hadn't seen as much. The resort also arranged an outdoor private barbecue for us, and the food was good. We were there for a family vacation with our toddler, and it was kid friendly. The staff were caring, friendly and accommodating, checking in now and then and taking care of our needs promptly. We had a great stay at a very reasonable price.

The natural views were lovely, and the local food was good. A very nice resort, with helpful staff.

I loved taking walks around the rural village and chatting with a few locals, who seemed to adore foreigners. The safaris and tours were lovely too, and there is plenty to see in the area's parks. Make time for Tikauli and the 20k lake. I stayed at Tiger Wildlife Resort for two weeks, and the owners, Gambir, and the rest of the team took such good care of me that I felt like a VIP, even a princess. The place is beautiful and especially suited to anyone looking for quiet. I was given what I believe was the best room on the property, with a balcony facing the park. Each morning I saw animals there, including deer, rhinos, boars and countless birds, among them peacocks, black storks and openbills. The food was always freshly made, absolutely excellent and very tasty. The chef was so sweet and always did her best to meet my many requests. For ticking off the touristy things, I'd imagine about 5 days is enough. But if, like me, you're in no rush to see this and that, perhaps working online or just wanting time away from everyday life, stay as long as your heart feels. It was wholesome becoming part of the Tiger Wildlife family. Thank you, everyone, till next time!
