We spent two days at the hotel, with a day away in Jamsom between parts of the journey. It was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The place is quite large and near the market and lake, with good rooms and food, a big bar, two restaurants, and a spacious lounge and reception area.

The lake walkway is just 2-3 minutes away, and having a bike rental right outside was really handy. The location worked well for us, and we loved all the food we tried at the restaurant. We’ll visit again.

Everyone was welcoming and kind, and the staff were so sweet. They were available around the clock and ready to help with anything. The service was excellent. I’d love to stay here again.

The rooms were neat, clean, and well organized, and the buffet had a tasty, wide range of food. Staff helped us move our luggage, too. It’s in a very busy shopping area. The entrance works for small cars and SUVs, but buses, including small ones, can’t get in.

Khem Bdr, Safal, suman, rishani, and the reception and service staff were all very nice and welcoming. We had a great stay, and the food was really delicious. This is one of my favorite hotels. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others. Love all the staff. Thank you so much.
