The staff were friendly, but there's quite a bit for management to improve. The room had no glasses or water, so we had to ask for water, and the towels had yellowish stains and didn't look clean. They charged for all the mineral water supplied in the room, which surprised me. The parking area is tiny, with room for barely three cars in one row.

We stayed for more than a week and got the same breakfast every day. They should offer at least two choices. There should also be napkins on the tables, and tea should come with a spoon. The staff were nice, though.

The price was very cheap, and the room was basic, so I have no complaint about the room for what we paid. Breakfast was basic too, and the OYO amenities kit and complimentary water were missing. What I didn't like was the way the booking was handled: the manager first wouldn't accept it because of the promotion. I spoke to OYO customer care, and then OYO captain Sagar sorted it out and the manager accepted. That behavior felt unprofessional. In Nepal, most hotels make you feel at home and part of the family, but this one felt different. Overall, I didn't have a good experience.

For the location and service, this was a great bargain. The gentleman running the hotel was very helpful, and it's a good place to stay in Pokhora.
