Yusuph Bhujel made a real difference during my stay. He shared local tips, arranged sightseeing cabs, and even sent help when I wasn’t feeling well. The front desk ladies were welcoming and kind, and my driver was friendly, knew a lot about Pokhara, and made the rides more enjoyable with his stories. The hotel is wonderfully peaceful, with uninterrupted lake views, and everything felt calm and well cared for from the moment I arrived. I’d absolutely recommend it and will be back. It’s a great choice if you want quiet, lovely views, and thoughtful hospitality.

We had so many dinner choices around the lakeside, but kept returning to the hotel restaurant because the food was that good. Breakfast was amazing as well, with lots of healthy choices, which was especially nice for me as a vegetarian. The staff made us feel welcome and were very accommodating throughout our two-night stay. A special thanks to our attentive host Saurav and to Sabina, Sanam, and Alishwa in the breakfast restaurant for being so warm and friendly. We loved staying here and would happily come back.

Sabina, Binita, and Chig made our stay especially memorable with their warm, attentive care. Their hospitality felt heartfelt, and it made a real difference. Waterfront Resort is beautifully kept, with clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed rooms and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The property is lovely and the views are breathtaking. Everything, from the welcome to the service, was top-notch. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Waterfront Resort for a getaway.

The restaurant and breakfast menu were great, and the service was prompt, friendly, and very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the amenities felt somewhere between a 3- and 4-star standard. The lake-facing location is nice, but it’s about 500m from the lakeside walkway. Friday night live music and BBQ looked awesome. A very good family stay.
