The setting near Shreenagar Hill is peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shree Nagar Palpa in Tansen. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a warm smile. The food had an authentic local taste and was delicious, and the service was excellent. A lovely place to relax and enjoy Palpa's natural beauty.

The property is large and beautiful, with amazing views. The rooms are very basic, though manageable given the location. The restaurant has a nice view, but breakfast options are very limited.

We had a good stay, though the bathroom could use a hanger and there was no hot water. Improving those basics would make the visit better.

The location is hard to beat, but the room setup feels poorly thought out. The towels were so worn they looked like mop cloths, and there wasn't a hook or hanger for a used towel. The amenities need work.

The garden and terrace are lovely places to take in the Himalayan views, including Dhaulagiri and Annapurna, particularly around sunrise. Set among pine trees, the hotel also feels cool and quiet above the busy bazaar. It's a short walk to Shreenagar View Tower, and the spot on Shreenagar Hill gives you a great view of the Palpa region. Guests appreciate the local welcome, and the restaurant offers Palpali dishes as well as continental food. It's widely regarded as a top comfortable base for enjoying the area's natural beauty. Also, a good venue for big gatherings and parties.
