Our one-bedroom suite was on the second floor, and having a lift was a real help with our heavy luggage. The room was spotless and well looked after, and the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. We did hear traffic from the main road nearby, which was the one small drawback. Given the convenient location, that was to be expected. We had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

The street noise from my room is so loud that I still can’t sleep at 1:00 a.m. It’s really frustrating. The noise inside is actually worse than what I hear in my car while driving on the road.

They welcome pets, the rooms have been newly refurbished, and it’s close to town. Service is great and the price is reasonable. We always stop here when we’re in CC.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. After I accidentally made a double booking and explained it was a mistake, a male staff member refused to return my eftpos card until I paid. He shouted at me so loudly that I was frightened, and I broke down in tears. The staff bullied me and made me feel terrified. I filmed what happened on my cellphone and will be taking it further. These people were awful to deal with, and I don’t think they should be running this business. Don’t stay here.

The rooms were cold and noisy, the location was terrible, and the owners were unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. When I asked for toilet paper, he pretty much slammed the door in my face. Worst motel, and I won’t stay again. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are lovely motels just down the road, so choose one of those.
