The room wasn't hygienic at all. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and had lots of women's hair in it. There were lolly wrappers on the floor, the chairs were broken, and the sofa was so dirty we could see shoe prints on it. We were afraid to sit on the chairs. There was no fan in the rooms, so sleeping there during the day was difficult. The front living room had AC, but it was dirty and the chairs were broken. The reception lady who lived there was arrogant when we complained. This is the worst motel in the city, in an old, damaged building. I wouldn't book even if it cost 0 dollars.

The furniture and curtains were stained and broken, and the kitchen was missing a lot of utensils and pots. The stove elements were broken too, so cooking a meal would have been difficult. I also found a dead bed bug in the clean sheets, with what looked like further evidence in the mattress seams. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The woman who welcomed us was very rude and kept yelling at us for no good reason. There were mysterious stains on the floor, the utensils weren't clean, and I noticed what looked like bed bugs. There was hair in the sheets too, and it wasn't mine. Wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms hadn't been dusted in weeks, with big cobwebs everywhere, and the stove was greasy. The kitchen was missing most of its utensils too. I've stayed twice before, but I won't be back. I think there's new management.

All five of us got bed bugs. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and there were dirty sponges in the sink. There was old food on the stovetop, with grime and mould throughout the kitchen. This motel was horrific and everything felt disgusting. I don't know how it's allowed to stay open. It was an extremely traumatic experience. BED BUGS!!!!!!!!
