Ramada By Wyndham Hamilton City Center

The lobby may have been the best part of this run-down hotel. We had a couple arguing in the room next door and had to call downstairs to get someone to deal with it. Breakfast wasn’t good: the barbecue sausages were precooked and cut in half, the Danishes were floppy, and the scrambled eggs were sitting in their own juices. This place needs a major overhaul.

The staff at the front were lovely and really helpful during my couple of days in Hamilton. I was happy with the stay 😊 One thing for anyone coming later: tell the counter if you don’t want housekeeping to make your bed. I thought they wouldn’t do it unless I put out the little sign, but they did. I’d booked through a third party, and the terms said cleaning would happen every day.

The city street view was fantastic, and the room even had a bathtub. I also appreciated the round-the-clock service, free secure parking, and not having to pay a room deposit. Honestly, this was the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was clean, a good size, and just right for me. The service was the best, and the location was excellent. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.
