Zeta Motel

The two things that took away from the stay were the limited basement parking and the very thin walls. When we got back at 9pm on Saturday, there weren’t enough guest spaces, so we had to park on the street. We could hear a woman next door coughing all night, almost as if she were in our room. Otherwise, it was great value for what we paid. The room was unexpectedly huge, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed relaxing with Netflix on the smart TV. There was a strong foot odor in the room, though. I used my own room spray to cover it up. Without that smell, it would have been a five-star stay. As several reviews mentioned, a note on the door sent us to another location to check in. It wasn’t far, so it wasn’t a big problem. The man at the desk was friendly and answered all my questions sincerely.

The room and location were excellent, and it was great value. Comfortable bed, free parking and Wi-Fi. I’d stay here again.

I booked here again while in Hamilton tonight, after staying a few weeks ago. I was so pleased with the location, price, and the room’s size and cleanliness that I chose the place for a second time. I haven’t arrived yet, but I’m sure it’ll be just as good. If I had one small suggestion, it’d be an on-site lockbox with a code for each booking. We’ve stayed at a few places without reception where that works well, so guests don’t have to go off-site to collect a key. That’s my only niggle. It’s definitely one of the better places we’ve booked in this price range. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Imagine that!
