We had such an enjoyable stay that I'd happily come back soon. The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished, and it was very quiet, so we slept well. It's close to both the thermal pools and town centre. The people were welcoming and friendly, and having towels available for the pools was handy.

WOW says it all! We've stayed here before, but this was our first time in the one-bedroom suite. It was beautiful as soon as we walked in, and everything was arranged perfectly. The quiet outdoor courtyard was so peaceful, and the big corner spa was wonderfully relaxing. The bathrobes and slippers made it even nicer afterwards. Brett and Sue were amazing hosts and made our weekend away for our 5th wedding anniversary unforgettable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Thanks to you both 🥰

The hot pools, our favourite café and the restaurant were all an easy walk away. We decided at the last minute to treat ourselves to a night in Hanmer and got the final room. The welcome felt genuinely warm and personal, as though I were the only guest, and nothing we asked about seemed like a bother. Our room was lovely and well equipped, with great privacy curtains for a warm, breezy Nana nap. Really good value. We can't wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay and the room was absolutely spotless. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the bed: it was VERY firm and uncomfortable, and we struggled to sleep. To be fair, we're spoiled by the plush, comfortable bed at home. The parking spaces are very wide, though the lane leading to them is quite narrow, which could be tricky if you're not confident parking.

Getting around was easy, with the pools, restaurants and bush walks all within walking distance. The staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. Our room was spacious, warm and well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. It made for an easy stay.
