A nice quiet place to stop, about a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The so-called “superior” room had nothing superior about it. The mattress was soggy and well overdue for replacement, the shower door wouldn’t close and leaked badly, and the toilet roll holder was loose. Towels were so thin they weren’t fit for purpose. The receptionist was unwelcoming.

The location was excellent, but the rooms looked tired and dated, and the service was lacking warmth, to say the least. At a similar price, I’d choose somewhere else next time.

We were three couples travelling through the country, and this motel was a real gem. The owner and his wife were so kind and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and well appointed, with everything needed in the bathroom and shower pressure we really appreciated after a long day. A few dogs wanting to play fetch and cats roaming around were a highlight. It’s right off a busy highway, but the noise level was low at night. Thanks so much for hosting us. Your town was a highlight of our trip.

Friendly welcome, and parking was easy. It’s close to town, with an easy walk to places to eat and trips. Clean, with good amenities. Lovely stay, thanks 🤩
