Stellar Apartment

The rooms were clean, and the neighborhood was really pleasant. It’s also conveniently close to the city, restaurants, and main sights, while still being quiet.

We stayed in Unit C for one night, November 16-17, 2025. It’s a family-style bungalow with self check-in, and it was a very high-quality stay with the essentials covered, including fast WiFi. Parking is beside the house, with recycling bins outside. The kitchen had a microwave, cooking countertop, air conditioning, and TV. There was also a small washing machine under the sink, and detergent was provided. The shower pressure was strong and the temperature stayed steady. Bath towels, a heated bathroom light, and a heated towel bar were there too. Bring your own toothbrush.

I stayed in flat C in winter, and the heating was excellent. The bedroom is just inside the entrance, with plenty of space, and the living room TV streams Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom also has a hairdryer. Outside at night, you can see the stars. Getting in by myself was easy, and parking was available. It’s a 3-minute drive to Lake Takapo. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, cutlery, frying pan, and washing machine. I’d highly recommend staying here!
