We could walk straight from room 16 to the shore, and restaurants and the local dairy were within easy walking distance too. Parking worked fine for our truck/ute. The room was clean and serviced while we were out. It didn’t have a direct sea view, but it was private. Sky TV was a nice bonus, and I’d happily book here again.

The sea view from Room 31 was stunning, especially first thing in the morning, and the place felt like a luxury retreat. It was spotless, fresh, and clearly well maintained. Our host was welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Having parking on-site made coming and going easy. This was easily the best motel stay we’ve had, and we can’t recommend Harbour View Motel enough.

You can hear the sea when you wake up, and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The motel is right across from a swimming beach with a surf lifesaver patrol, and there’s a playground a couple of minutes away. It’s fun to sit and watch the cruise and container ships come and go. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff were amazing and helpful.

The sea view from our room put us straight into holiday mode, and it was easy to get to local shops and places to eat. We found the room clean, cosy, and relaxing. Harbour View Motel is right by the Napier seaside, with plenty of food options and everyday amenities nearby. Thanks to the whole motel team for looking after us so warmly. Definitely worth a visit.

We’ll definitely come back. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are lovely walks nearby and plenty of good places to eat. The location was excellent.
