The spotless one-bedroom suite worked perfectly for our five nights, and it had great facilities, including laundry. We could walk to some good eateries, and Ubers into Nelson town centre were easy from this location. Toni and Stephen were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and made our Nelson stay even better. We'd recommend the place and hope to return next year. Thanks!

The hosts were really lovely, and the place was clean. They were accommodating with what we needed, which helped my mum feel comfortable since she sometimes needs a bit of reassurance. Parking was easy, with plenty of room to maneuver our SUV. The little fridge held more than I expected and kept our slicker pads frozen solid. Having a microwave was handy too.

We had a great three-night stay, with very welcoming, friendly hosts. I'd happily come back and recommend staying here. Thanks, and safe riding 😁

Toni and Stephen made us feel welcome again on my second visit. The rooms are neat and tidy, there's laundry and a relaxing communal garden area, and it has everything you need. It's also a great base for exploring Nelson and the Tasman area. Looking forward to coming back 😊

Tony was so lovely and kept the room spotless. He was kind and shared useful ideas for things to see and do, which helped since I don't know the area well. There was a nice outdoor spot with a BBQ, and the location was good, a short drive to the beach and playground, with lots of places to eat nearby. It isn't right in town, so traffic wasn't heavy. The cute cookies left in the room each day were absolutely delicious 😋
