This is the only holiday home we choose when we come to Nelson, and we’re already looking forward to another stay. It’s spotless, with comfortable beds that make it easy to sleep after a day exploring. The place feels spacious, modern and welcoming, and the views are gorgeous. CBD and the beaches are no more than five minutes away. There’s onsite parking, and streaming services are a nice extra when we want a quiet night in. Thanks for having us!

The bedroom views are lovely, especially at sunrise, and the sound system was a treat. Tipi Haere has a fully equipped kitchen and feels like a home away from home. It’s also a short distance from Nelson CBD, with a beautiful little walk down to the waterfront. This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first. Thanks.

We needed somewhere peaceful and beautiful to return to each night while dealing with an unexpectedly difficult situation during our stay in Nelson. The hosts worked with us and made things easier. I loved the house as soon as I opened the door. It smelled like a Danish house, and I’m from Denmark, so it felt like home. Tipi Haere is easy to recommend, and the beds and linen are lovely and comfortable. Thank you.

I was in Nelson for a business meeting and found Tipi Haere much more comfortable than a motel unit. It has the feel of a modern home, with high-spec design and furnishings, and everything I needed plus more. The location works well for both central Nelson and Tahunanaui beach. From the barbecue balcony there’s a great view over Tasman Bay. One of the best holiday homes I’ve stayed in, whether for a short visit or a longer one.

The road gets busy at the end of the work day, but otherwise this is a nice modern three-bedroom house. It has parking for two vehicles, good internet and online media channels, and is well appointed.
