For a self-contained apartment in Queenstown, the location is hard to beat. It's beautiful and spacious, with lovely views, and feels both luxurious and cosy. Having parking on site is a real bonus.

We never got to stay because the apartment was leaking. We were moved to an “upgrade” around the lake, in one of the hotels with difficult access, two lifts and a route through an indoor carpark. It wasn't the central location we needed for personal reasons, and we were very disappointed. They didn't offer a price reduction or late checkout. They said we could stay at Chambers, but also said we'd be charged a cleaning fee if we needed to move because of the leak. I won't use Relaxaway again. One staff member called our situation “lovely jubbly,” which was insulting.

This was a beautiful place to stay in Queenstown, close to central town. The house is luxurious, with loads of space, lovely amenities and a great view. I'll be back!

The apartment was warm and very comfortable. Its location is great, handy to the waterfront, with lots of good places to eat just a couple of minutes away on foot.
