JetPark Hotel Rotorua

The spa pool was a treat, and the staff were awesome. I also liked that reception is staffed all day and night, breakfast runs until 10.30am, and checkout isn't until 11am. A good option for an active trip or a relaxing one, whether you're travelling as a couple, family, or group. I'd recommend it for any kind of getaway.

The central location made it easy to get into town and around the area, and both the arrival staff and room attendants were friendly and welcoming. Still, I expected to stay in the main part of the hotel and feel the price reflected the value. The photos didn't match what I found, some parts of the rooms need maintenance, and the place needs an upgrade and a general clean. I didn't use the pool or other facilities. It would also help to assign parking spots to rooms, since others could park in the space outside our room.

The café and restaurant area was spacious, bright, and beautiful, and both the evening meal and continental breakfast were excellent. In my room, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and there was a great range of tea and coffee, a chilled carafe of water, and a stylish little coffee machine. As a solo traveller, I felt very welcome and comfortable at Jetpark. The staff were kind and gracious. I'll definitely come back. Thank you! 😊

There was plenty of parking, plus two EV charging stations, and I appreciated that the hotel welcomes pets. Its location is handy for supermarkets and other places to eat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was already running when we arrived, which made check-in comfortable. I stayed in room 112 on level 1, directly above what seemed to be the kitchen exhaust or ventilation system. Once the kitchen started up early in the morning, there was a steady hum and noise that disrupted my sleep and woke me earlier than I wanted.
