Marg even came to find us by the lake with freshly baked muffins after we’d checked out and finished an excursion in town. Earlier, knowing we had to leave quickly in the morning, she’d thoughtfully put together a breakfast basket for us. My wife and I stayed here for one night on our honeymoon, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our ferry was delayed, so we arrived six hours later than expected, but the hosts stayed up to make sure we got there safely. They were incredibly accommodating and welcoming throughout. A very sweet woman, and we can’t recommend this B&B highly enough.

The hosts were super friendly, with interesting stories and recommendations, and even brought homemade muffins for breakfast. The garden is magnificent, and Lake Rotoiti is only 150m away. Hospitality at its best, five stars in every respect. Everything felt above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Marg and Steve made the stay feel personal. Steve suggested a route change that took us past the Pancake Rocks, and we were glad we did it.
