We arrived at 9:00pm to find a note with a phone number that didn't work, and there was no one we could reach. They had only told us at 7:00pm that day, the day we were due to check in, that there was a problem with our booking. We were left with nowhere to stay at the last minute. DONT RISK IT

We barely slept because the fire alarm in our room went off at 9:00 PM, 2:00 AM, and 6:00 AM. This hotel was pretty bad. There are plenty of other places in the city near the lake, so don't book here.
