Intercityhotel Bawshar Muscat

I ended up here because my Qatar flight was diverted, and the staff went out of their way to help. Aamir remembered my omelette order each morning, and when I sounded sad on the phone one afternoon, he brought me fresh melon. It was a small kindness that meant a lot. The hotel is close to Oman Mall and other sights. The rooms were very clean, with a fantastic shower, and there’s a great pool and gym. The staff are kind and incredibly helpful, and the food was delicious, with plenty of variety and superb quality. I highly recommend it.

We spent four days at IntercityHotel Bawshar after our flight was diverted to Muscat because of the regional conflict. It was a stressful situation, but the team stayed calm and helpful and made it a pleasant stay. Mr. Ahmed at reception gave us a warm welcome. The Executive Head Chef and Chef Singh accommodated our special request for vegetarian meals. The morning and evening restaurant managers were great, especially Mr. Rahil, and our attentive housekeeping attendant from Nepal also helped us feel comfortable. The hospitality was world-class.

A good range of choices, fresh and delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere made this breakfast buffet great value for money. Aamir and Manju were especially accommodating and attentive, and the staff made the experience even better. It was a satisfying way to start the day, and I’d recommend it.

We had a great time swimming and enjoyed the breakfast. The pool was clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We appreciated the hospitality and would gladly come back.
