The bus station is reasonably close, and the room was clean, which was what I needed. It works well as a no-frills place to stay. Service was limited to showing me the room and handing over a key. I noticed spots on the floor, but they weren't bugs. The shower water wasn't cold, just not hot. The listing for a three-room private bath seemed to mean a queen bed and a twin, so I figured something had been lost in translation.

I've stayed here several times, and it's been a good experience. The place is clean, the water gets hot, and the staff are friendly. Just know that the road outside can get noisy in the early morning, which may bother you if you sleep in. Also, having to ring the bell whenever you come and go can get annoying unless you book the unit with its own entrance.

The bed had a cheap sheet, and it was full of roaches. There was mold all over the bathroom.

The caretaker fixed the doorknob quickly when it came right off on the first night, but the rest of the stay was awful. The street is very busy, the rooms need more care, and the air conditioner needs replacing. The kitchen area was very dirty. I booked seven nights and left after two. This isn't the country house the listing claimed it was.

The house is run-down, with cracked, dirty walls, worn old furniture in the rooms, and a filthy kitchen. The photos should show how it looks now, since the ones in the listing are from when it was new and maintained. Staff weren't suited to looking after guests, and breakfast wasn't ready on time. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I wouldn't come back.
