The building is full of bright, fun murals, even in our room, and has a cool hippie feel. There are tables, couches, a dining room, and a rooftop hangout. Our clean, cozy room had bunk beds, a full-size bed, and a balcony overlooking the street; the views over the river and city were beautiful. Amir and Sebastian were fantastic, friendly, professional, honest, and keen to help. Breakfast was hot and inexpensive, with free coffee and tea too. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The rooftop terrace looks out over the mountains, and there's a restaurant, massage therapist, tattoo shop downstairs, breakfast, and a tea bar. I stayed in a dorm and met new travelers every night. People welcomed me right away with food and friendship, and every night was great. For backpackers who like that kind of vibe, this is the place to stay while in Macchu Picchu. A tour guide recommended it to me, and now I'm passing the recommendation along. I can't wait to come back on my return trip. Leaving my new friends at Supertramp and continuing my travels was so hard. See you soon! ❤️🙏🏻✌🏻

The room was large and the bed was okay, and the staff were nice. The location is great, but it's very noisy, with dogs barking nonstop. There is a bag check, though the room was full of mold. You'll love it if bugs in the room and on the sheets, plus someone else's hair, don't bother you. They want $50 usd for a solo room.

I usually write positive reviews, so it pains me to make an exception. The staff were kind and refunded my accommodation after I reported the bedbugs at reception the next morning, but that didn't cover laundry and pest control costs, and the next week of my trip was unpleasant. Bedbugs can happen in any hostel, but there were a lot of them, and I think they'd been there a while. My mattress was in catastrophic condition. Check the mattress carefully before you settle in.

We only had one night here before heading to Machu Picchu, and being able to leave our bags after checkout made the trip much easier. The hostel is centrally placed, about a 10 minute walk to the ticket office and bus for the entrance. It’s uphill, so take your time. The train station is roughly 15 minutes away on foot, depending on your pace.
