The place was clean, breakfast was very good, and they’d make eggs on request. The location is convenient for everything, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The man at the front desk was especially great. I’d stay here again and would send family here too.

The rooms are basic but fine, and the WiFi worked well. For the price, the included breakfast was really good, with fresh eggs, good coffee, and what you need to get going. The station and bus stop to Machu are both nearby. One of the better hotels in town, and I’d return.

The staff were honest and really helpful, including arranging a ground-floor room for my partner’s elderly mother. They met us at the station and helped carry our moms’ bags both ways. When I left some belongings behind, they helped send them on the train. Breakfast was excellent. WiFi was weak in the rooms, but I could work online from the lobby with a good enough signal. Our room looked onto a peaceful, quiet part of town, and hearing the river was lovely. It’s a friendly hotel in a convenient location. I stayed with my partner and our moms.

Frank met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel, sharing helpful ideas for places to eat and things to do on the way. Judy made breakfast and was really helpful too. The hotel was clean, had cable TV, and sat in a handy spot right beside the river. They kept our belongings safe while we went to Machu Picchu, and let us collect them after checkout. Frank and Judy were awesome. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it.
