I always look for places like this when I travel. It's a quiet, private, one-of-a-kind hotel in a beautiful historic building, with spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, traditional stonework, and wooden floors. The courtyards and gardens are lovely too. A hidden gem, highly recommended.

We especially loved the part of the hotel that used to be a cloister, with its courtyards all around. Breakfast by the garden was just right, and the garden itself was full of flowers, between the two historic buildings. The staff were kind, accommodating, and really knew how to make guests feel welcome. This was one of our favorite stays in Peru.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. The 18th-century villa is beautiful and has a lot of character. The rooms could use a slight upgrade, but nothing unusual for a house of this age.
