There’s a great terrace on the top floor where breakfast is served, and my room was a decent size, perfectly clean, with a good shower. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main plaza on a busy street full of shops and restaurants. My room was slightly out of WiFi range, so check that, and rooms facing the street may be a little noisy.

The beds and rooftop terrace are real pluses, and it's right in the heart of Arequipa. The price is fair too. My number one pick in Arequipa!

I went in without much information and was pleasantly surprised. The entrance is small, but from the third floor up, the rooms and shared spaces are roomy and comfortable. I spent three days in a double room (90 x/night), and everything was fine, from service and the room to the bathroom. Security was good too. The breakfast terrace has a nice view. The location, comfort, and price are all good, so I recommend the place. The weak point was breakfast. It was included as a buffet, but it was very basic and could use more choices or better presentation. The coffee had been made the day before, and the water in the thermos wasn't hot enough. They did serve scrambled eggs, which was nice, but there's still room to improve. I give it four stars.

I stayed in August 2018. The rooftop view is beautiful, and even though this small, cozy hotel is close to the main square, it stays very quiet. Mercaderes Street is nearby too, with plenty of shops and restaurants.
