The workers were especially reliable and friendly. It’s a quiet hotel without noise from other guests, with the basic things you need for a short stay.

We had a small accident, and the staff came to help as soon as they heard about it. We’re very grateful. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is right beside the Plaza de Armas. Fantastic service, we wholeheartedly recommend it.

The nightclub music in the evening is good, but you can hear it in your room. There’s no soundproofing, and sleep is hard with excursions starting at 2:30 AM and again at 6:00 AM, followed by the ladies arriving with breakfast at 8:00 AM. It works as a place to spend the night before heading out early to see condors or something, but not if you want a good night’s sleep.

The reception phone could be used better, but the service was A1. Staff at reception were attentive, and the team was helpful every day. I stayed with someone who uses a wheelchair, and they let me leave him at the entrance, so everything was easy. It’s just two blocks from the Plaza Mayor, highly recommended!
