Hostal Lancelot

For the price, it’s a clean, nice place and I really like it. The only downside is that the street gets lonely and poorly lit late at night.

Awful service. The lights kept going out, and there wasn’t a bathroom door. My son left an item of clothing behind, but at first they said nothing had been found and couldn’t explain what happened. We returned two days later and they had found it. When I went to collect it, they said they knew nothing and told me to come back in the afternoon because a different shift was working. Terrible.

Everything was clean, and the service was good.

They found us a room even though it was very late, and later tracked down some belongings we’d left behind and called us to collect them. I loved that thoughtful touch. Excellent service and definitely worth it, a great place to stay while visiting Chiclayo.
