I had no problems during my stay, and the price was good. One staff member was especially helpful and showed me where to catch a ride to Lambayeque.

We asked for a room at the back, and it stayed fairly quiet despite all the activity and noise on the street. The shower had hot water, the Wi-Fi was good, and the service was good too. For the price, this is a great hotel. It was also just a block from the main market.

The room was on the small side, but it was clean and had what I needed: a bed, bathroom, fan, outlets, and decent Wi-Fi. A good basic hotel with good service.

My family and I stay here whenever we visit Chiclayo. I like the innovative hotel, and the service is quite good.

Terrible treatment from the hotel staff. They were arrogant and greedy, charging customers for even the smallest things.
