After my reservation had been confirmed weeks earlier, they told me it was no longer available. Their only alternative cost four times as much. When I asked them to cancel, they did nothing and still wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. They treated it like my fault, and nobody took responsibility. Avoid this place if you don't want a bad experience.

The room was comfortable, though nothing special, and the nightly rate seemed fair to me. The location is excellent, so it's a good place to stay.

I stayed with you and have tried reaching you a few different ways, but haven't heard back. I also sent a message on Instagram. Hope you reply ☺️
