The included breakfast was just cold bread with butter and jelly. Eggs, cheese, or ham cost extra. In the room, the sheets and pillows had hair all over them, and the comforters were stained. It didn't feel clean.

The double room floor left my socks dirty, and the shower gave only a thin trickle of water, not really hot water. The guy at reception was so sullen and unhelpful. We stayed one night as part of a tour and weren't expecting much, but it still managed to disappoint. Like the other reviewers, I’d say stay away if you can. Shame, because the tour with Illary’s Tours was brilliant.

The young woman at reception was kind and pointed us toward a good restaurant in town. The rest of the hotel was very poor, despite being included in our tour. The shower was barely a trickle, and breakfast was basic: bread, butter, jam, and hot water for tea or cheap coffee. Milk cost 2 soles extra, and it was only evaporated milk. Two stars seems generous for this part of Peru. I'd try somewhere else.

The room was cold during our August winter stay, especially in the evening when showering. The bathroom window was broken and someone had tried to patch it with tape and newspaper. There were dirt marks across the floor and some mold on the walls. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much of it. We were in room 310, and I wouldn't recommend that room. Maybe the others are better.
