The apartment itself was great and exactly as advertised, and the facilities didn’t disappoint. The hassle came from unclear communication. It’s a person renting an apartment near a hotel and using the hotel front desk for check-in and checkout, but none of that was published. I asked the owner specific questions beforehand and didn’t get answers, so when we arrived we weren’t even sure we’d have a place to stay. At checkout, we paid in Sols and had a taxi to the airport added, but the taxi driver said it hadn’t been paid. The receptionist then said our stay cost more because the owner had used a terrible dollars-to-sols conversion rate, which felt like an excuse. I’d expect extra charges above the bill and confusing check-in with no instructions. It’s a great apartment, but not worth the hassle.

The owners were kind and accommodating, and took care of my bags while I was trekking. They also made sure I could check in and out at odd hours to fit my travel schedule. The apartment was neat and clean, on a quiet street just steps from San Pedro market, away from the busy tourist centre. I’d happily stay here again!

I really appreciated the quiet setting, even though the apartments are close to Cusco’s main sights. The staff were welcoming and happy to help with tours, getting around, and things to do. Inside, it felt private and homey, with comfortable, well-kept facilities, a full kitchen, steady hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. A great choice for a short or longer visit.

It was easy to explore Cusco on foot from San Pedro Apartments, with the market just steps away and the historic center nearby. Our apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with what we needed to feel at home. The staff were kind and ready with suggestions or help whenever we needed it. I’d gladly recommend staying here.

We had a very pleasant family visit here. The apartments were comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Being near the plaza also made it easy to go for walks. Highly recommended.
