The city looks beautiful from the room at night. We also found the staff really nice, and the room was clean, with fresh towels every day and clean linens. They even folded clothes we’d left on the other bed. There are a couple of karaoke places nearby, so it can get loud at night. But you’re in the center of Cusco, where some noise is hard to avoid.

I asked for a balcony and they were happy to accommodate me. The relaxed atmosphere and attentive service were nice, and the big windows let in afternoon sun that made for a great nap after my red-eye. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise colours from the view. The place was bright, clean and simple, with hot water and cozy blankets. Great location.

HORRIBLE. I’m not fussy and can sleep pretty much anywhere, and I almost never write reviews, but this place was disgusting. The service was awful and the staff were rude. The rooms were freezing, and the heaters didn’t feel safe. I got sick from the cold, then was told I’d be charged if the heaters caused damage. When I arranged to move to another hotel, they told me I had 10 minutes to get out. Wouldn’t recommend it.

We were a group of nine and stayed five days. The rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The showers kept hot water going through several long showers in a row. Breakfast was a typical Peruvian breakfast.

For the price, I couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, the showers hot, and breakfast was awesome. I’d definitely come back.
