El Gran Encanto

For a layover near the station, it was okay. The staff don't speak English, but they're very helpful when you need them. The lights in the room and bathroom were so dim I couldn't see properly at night, and there's no lift, so huge suitcases would be difficult. The breakfast box wasn't worth it. Apart from those things, I had a good stay.

The place was clean, calm, and quiet. The service was outstanding, and breakfast was pretty good too. I'd recommend it.

I'm used to staying in some bad places, but this was a nice hotel with too many missing basics. The decor was pleasant, though the cleaning and maintenance were terrible. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Noise was a big issue when a coach load of people arrived. You could hear everything from other rooms, the floors, and the corridor, which made sleeping difficult. The rooms felt cool in the daytime but cold at night, and the bathrooms were so tiny I could barely move around.

The hotel felt gorgeous and homey, with a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet and location were excellent, and the service was excellent too. Bello hotel, excellent breakfast buffet and excellent location!
