The location was okay, and this is a low cost option if all you need is a very basic place to stay. I was there several days, though, and the room cleaning wasn't done properly. The bathroom was dirty, and the old shower made bathing unpleasant. At night there was no heater, so it got cold. Breakfast was just hot water and one piece of bread with jam or avocado.

Don't go there. I bought a direct Cuzco to Copacabana bus ticket for the next day, and since Continental was the only company doing that route, the woman said it was fine and told me to return the next day for the ticket. Instead, they gave me two tickets for different companies, saying Continental shares the trip with another company because there were too many passengers. I checked with the company at the terminal and that wasn't true. The bus had no internet, and the second bus had no bed. There was no luggage receipt, and port security boarded the bus at stops, yet I paid the same price as the VIP company, actually more with the commission. The trip also took 5 hours longer than planned. They are liars and thieves. I hope the same happens to them when they travel outside their country.

It feels like a home, and the price and location were better than I expected. They also have a travel agency, so you can join a tour there. The price is the best.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. They try to scam you on laundry, and then add costs that weren't there in the first place.
