Old Town Cusco

We’re pretty cold here. The room is chilly, there’s no hot water, and we weren’t given towels. I imagine it could be a good place to stay when the weather is warm.

The location is fantastic, but it gets very cold at night. Our shared bathroom was also set apart, so we had to walk past open spaces to get back to our room.

The apartment has a beautiful view, but the person in charge showed little interest in sorting out our problems and was irresponsible. The electric water heater malfunctioned, so getting hot water was difficult. We were told when booking that there’d be no heating in any room. When we raised these issues, our messages and calls went unanswered. We also had to ask for the right number of towels for our group even though we’d already told them how many people were coming. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.
