Pakcha Real-san Blas

I never got taken to any of the places I wanted to visit, so I couldn’t buy a ticket there, despite her saying I was unwilling to do that. I was sent on a similar tour instead of the one I had booked through the hostel. When I asked the hostel for a partial refund because I had to pay the guide myself, she kept avoiding me or saying she didn’t understand, even though I’d explained clearly. I turned down a different tour that would have had free transport because I wanted to use my remaining time for more than one short activity. I was asking for part of the money I’d already paid back.

Liner and Willy were the best guide and driver I could have hoped for on my Humantay Lake tour. Liner was inspiring, respectful, and motivating. You can book your next trip with them without a doubt. Kudos to the woman at reception too for accommodating me and being flexible. Thank you for everything.

We’ve stayed here three times so far, and the San Blas location is fantastic. It’s a lovely, colourful hostel with comfy beds and friendly people. Gracias Miriam y familia! We hope to come back one day.

The owner is really friendly, and the beds are comfortable. We forgot our money at the hostel when we were already on our way to machupichu, and she helped by sending some cash to a friend in aguas calientes. That saved us from having to return to cusco, and we paid her back later. The showers also have the best hot water. Thanks!!
