We booked seven nights for work, but left after only two because the problems became too much. There was no hot water and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. One morning a car blocked ours in the garage, and we waited 20 minutes while staff searched for its owner. It threw off our day and made us late to the job. Getting inside was a hassle too. The front door was always locked, and we had to wait for staff to let us in, but they were rarely around. We were charged for the five nights we didn't use. When we asked for a refund, they told us to take it up with the bank. We did, and Sammy told the bank they wouldn't refund us. That's messed up, and they should return the money for those five days. Maybe I'd change this review if they did. Now when I call, it just rings and nobody answers. Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

They say the place is good for business stays, but my experience was the opposite. In 2024, you still couldn't get hot water when you needed it. They want your money without providing even the basics. There are better places nearby, so avoid this one.

It felt dangerous for women to stay here. The rooms were cold and there weren't any blankets. The caretaker who checked us in was drunk and harassed us all night. After he learned my partner had gone out and I was alone, he kept insisting that I open the door. I told the owner, but she defended and justified him, even though she'd seen what happened on the security cameras.
