The staff made a real difference when my plans changed: they arranged taxis to and from the airport and were accommodating both when my flight arrived early and when my departure was cancelled. The hotel is close to the Plaza but still quiet. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was simple but filling. I’d happily stay here again on a future visit to Cusco.

Right by the site of Quoricancha, this hotel is in a great spot. It has an old-school feel, a lovely courtyard, and a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I’ll come back when I’m in Cusco again.

I had a balcony overlooking the lane, and the historic building was in very good shape. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was good and unfussy, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It’s close to everything while staying quiet and feeling safe. I can’t think of anything I’d change, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We spent five nights here and would stay again. The place feels cozy and charming, with a good heater and hot water. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, and the location around town is great.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff were great. The hotel is right in front of the Sun temple, but I still wouldn’t recommend staying here. The floors squeak, the bathroom is smaller than an airplane bathroom, the heating doesn’t work, and there’s no lock on the room door from the inside. I think Cusco has better hotels.
