Hotel California

They arranged a taxi for me to the airport, and there was hot water and tea in the lobby. My room was comfortable and had a private bathroom. They provided two towels, soap, and a bottle of water. Breakfast was simple but good: croissant, scrambled eggs, papaya juice, and coffee.

The staff were very friendly, which was the only good part. The floor was really dirty, and construction work at night made it impossible to rest. Breakfast was brought to the room because there's no dining area, which was inconvenient. A pathetic hotel and a terrible stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the poor service. Netflix didn't work, and the staff didn't know how to prepare an invoice. I asked for one during my stay, but when I got back to Lima, I found it was incorrect, so my company is going to reject it. Check your invoice if you go. The hotel needs to learn how to issue them properly. I don't recommend staying here and won't recommend it at all.

After paying for my stay, I was accused of not having paid. The hotel was also infested with insects and bedbugs. It's full of rats and liars. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never stay here, avoid it.
