Hostal Porta Cusco

Clean place, comfy beds, and good wifi. Staff were nice, and it's in a great location on a quiet street. Towels and soap and shampoo were included, and there were outlets beside every bed. A great place to stay.

My family came from the united states and stayed here recently. The family and the rooms were super nice, and for the price I'd definitely recommend it. Breakfast had variety, and there were different desserts too. They arrange trips to tourist spots like the 7 color mountains, Machu Picchu, other places, and small towns. They also helped us get around the city and reach their airport through people they knew. We felt very safe, right in the middle of everything, and it was close to central and small markets.

The property is quiet and the rooms are private. The location is good, and the staff were friendly and helpful about keeping my bags while I was in Aguas Calientes. It's not a party hostel or a place to meet people.

The rooms were average, and nobody else was staying there. I wasn't allowed to spend time in my friend's room unless I paid for a room of my own. Staff didn't speak English.
