Carla made fresh pancakes every morning, and breakfast was included. The location worked really well, just a 2 min walk from the beach and 10min from Kennedy Park. We stayed for around 4 days in September/2019 and had a great time. The new owners have put a lot of effort into making the place cozy, comfortable, and modern. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with information. The rooms were big and tidy, the beds comfortable, with space to charge your phone and keep a few things nearby. There are lockers in the rooms, plenty of areas to hang out, and a TV room with Netflix. Super recommend this place!!!!

The guitar was a highlight for me, perfect for a musician. It was a good experience, with clean spaces and very friendly staff, and good value for money. If someone wants something better, like the previous commenter, they should pay more. Thanks and regards.

The house is from the Republican era and has been kept in very good condition. Under the new management, they continue operating through the pandemic while following the protocols and have adjusted capacity. There are now private rooms, either double or with 2 beds, with smart TV, 200mph internet and cable. The rooms are quiet, the spaces are roomy, and there's a large dining room with good service. The location is excellent.

Outside, it's a nice house in a great location, and the price is very low. Inside was a nightmare. They never clean, the bathrooms are covered in mold, and the sheets were dusty. The towels were disgusting, the furniture was dusty too, and the place smelled of dust and mites. Horrible experience. Yuck, don't try it.
