The rooms are comfortable, though I spotted dirt on parts of the wall. They can also get pretty hot since there are no fans. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring downtown Lima, but there's a nightclub downstairs and noise may depend on which room you get. I slept fine as a rock music fan, though that's just my experience.

The entrance has several steps, and with heavy luggage I really could have used someone to help carry it. Finding the place was awkward too, since there was no sign. Still, everything else was great, and I loved how central the location is.

The shower barely gave us any water during our three nights, and the noise coming into the bedroom was unbearable. The people who are supposed to open the door never do, while the doorbell rings loudly inside the bedrooms.

We were left without water or electricity for the whole day. They didn't offer even a small discount for having no services. Terrible service.

Once I finally found the hotel, the service was satisfactory. Getting there was a mess, though: the reservation address led to a website with no useful information, and the room was actually at another address. I drove around, asked people for directions, and made phone calls while hauling my suitcase.
