Hotel Esencia Suites

I always felt safe walking near Esencia Suites, and getting a taxi was easy. The hotel is also conveniently close to Monumental Stadium. It's clean, fairly new, and very inexpensive. The staff were so friendly and did their best to make us comfortable, especially helping my friend who uses a wheelchair. Our room was quiet, and breakfast was simple but filling. There are a few restaurants and a convenience store nearby, plus street vendors selling things like rhea hearts, potatoes, and quinoa. The staff can call KFC and other places that deliver. I enjoyed my seven days at Escencia Suites and highly recommend it!

I've been coming here for years, and the front desk service has always been deplorable. There's an unhelpful, abusive woman working the morning shift. The hotel is clean, but it's mostly couples, there's a high turnover, and it's expensive. You might get a good night's sleep, but expect poor treatment and no extra services.

There's plenty of space and it's wheelchair accessible. The cleaning is only so-so. They don't provide drinking water, and what they sell is very expensive.

There's an elevator and parking, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and very nice, with hot water whenever you need it. They do have double rooms, but they book up fast, so reserve ahead.
