Jose was such a kind, lovely owner. He picked us up at the airport and drove us back for a reasonable price, then shared tips on getting around the city and what to see in a day. He even lent us his public transport card so we could take the metropolitano. The room was nice and clean, the location was good, and we enjoyed the breakfast too. Thanks, Jose, for a great experience!

The location is the main draw. The rooms are simple, but comfortable enough for sleeping, so it works well if you want a good place to stay in a convenient spot.

The place was quiet and cozy, with spacious, clean rooms, good lighting, cable TV, and really comfortable beds and pillows. Even the sheets smelled lovely. I was well rested, and the staff helped when I needed directions. The location is in a pleasant, safe neighborhood, around 10 blocks from Kennedy Park and close to a lovely park with gardens and fountains. Restaurants and currency exchange offices are only a few blocks away. Breakfast was filling, with eggs, bread, a drink or fresh juice, as much coffee as I wanted, and bread with jam and butter. Wi-Fi worked well, the reception is open 24 hours, and they got in touch to confirm my reservation. Airport transport is available for an extra fee. I liked it enough to book another stay.

I stayed here with my daughter and felt comfortable in the safe, central neighborhood, with lots of parks nearby. The house was tidy and clean, and the staff were really friendly. A great place to stay in Lima.
