Libre Hotel, BW Signature Collection

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the food service was A1. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were excellent. Great service!

We stayed twice, two nights at the beginning and two at the end of our trip. Both times, the rooms were clean and modern, with thoughtfully designed bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our second room faced the street and was noticeably noisier, so you'll need earplugs on that side. The location is great, and we'd stay again. Breakfast was the only minor problem. The food quality wasn't great across much of the selection, and there wasn't much variety. Hot options were limited; one day it was only curry chicken, rice, vegetables, and scrambled eggs. When the breakfast room was busy, they struggled to keep food available and sometimes took trays away for 5-10 minutes to refill them, so depending on your timing, some items might be missing.

After finishing the Cusco Peru circuit, we spent one night here and it felt like returning to a comfortable, luxurious cocoon. The room fit three people and had English-language TV channels and a well-equipped bathroom. Each floor had a hot and cold water dispenser, so we could refill our water instead of buying more. The service was polite and friendly, and we felt like valued guests.

I was running late for an early tour, and a staff member had already prepared breakfast for me to take along. The staff really went above and beyond and were so friendly. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was always delicious; the comfortable rooms were cleaned often too. I enjoyed my stay immensely and can't say enough about the service.
