The service was rude, and nobody spoke English. When we arrived, we were told we could stay only one night instead of two, with no apology at all. It was too late to find somewhere else, so we stayed, which turned out to be a big mistake. The room wasn’t the one we’d booked, and it sat between the kitchen and entrance. We couldn’t sleep all night because of the phone and door ringing, music, and kitchen noise.

The neighborhood felt quiet and local, with lots of good, inexpensive places to eat nearby. The building was attractive, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bed felt a little hard to me, though that’s just personal preference.

The staff made us feel very welcome. It’s a lovely place in Lima, with a few museums and markets close enough to walk to.

We stayed here while visiting family in Lima. A clean, simple, safe place.
