I have mixed feelings about my February 18th stay. The front desk staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. They let us store our bags securely before check-in, and by the time we came back for the keys, our luggage was already in the room. Smooth and easy. The lobby looks stunning and classic, with lovely glossy woodwork. Outside the lobby, though, the hotel feels dated. It's been "spruced up," but the rooms and hallways still seem stuck in the '70s or '80s. Unless you're here for a particular business meeting in San Isidro, there isn't much to see nearby. I think you can find better value elsewhere in Lima.

The staff were friendly, but the service has gone downhill. There was a lot of noise, and the bathrooms smelled like waste. I know the hotel is old, but it needs better cleaning or maintenance. I wouldn’t come back.

Breakfast was the standout, with food that was genuinely mind-blowing in both quality and quantity. The rooms were roomy and spotless, and the king bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. At checkout, they even let us use the spa to freshen up before our flight. I’d have liked more outlets or USB ports for devices, but this was one of my best stays in a long time. Highly recommend.

After hiking in Cusco, this hotel was just what we needed. We slept well in a clean, spacious room with soft linens, a cozy bed, and everything needed for a shower. The robes and slippers made it even more relaxing. We got in late and ordered room service, which turned out great. Even the fries were still crispy when they arrived. The chicken milenesa was delicious and came in a generous portion with a nice side salad. The caprese salad was lovely too, and the wine was bold and elegant, just how I like it. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection and the best fresh orange juice. The New Year's Day turkey at breakfast was the best I’ve ever tasted. The pool, gym, steam room, and sauna were nice extras, so make time to enjoy them. The airport ride took about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. There are plenty of places within walking distance, though we took Ubers to most nearby spots. Av. Los Conquistadores, with lots of shops, is under a 10-minute walk away. We’d recommend staying here and would come back.

The pool was really nice, and the gym had enough weights for a heavy workout. I also liked the complete breakfast, with lots of protein choices, including Peruvian and all-American options. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower and bathtub were even better. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
