The homemade pizza at Casa Chola was excellent, and Tony was great about helping us with things like WiFi and transport. We had a lovely stay: the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt calm and just right. Would absolutely recommend it.

Getting to the hotel takes a taxi, though it’s only about 10 minutes from the city and the fare was affordable. The host can arrange one and share the driver’s contact. Once there, we loved the quiet spot away from the tourist bustle, the cozy clean room, and the shared areas where we could sit and watch the stars. The host even opened the restaurant just for us and made delicious food. We loved our stay.

We only had one night here, so next time we’d stay longer. Tony and his team were wonderful, and the homemade pizza with pisco sours was a treat. It’s conveniently close to the train, and the view of the stars at night was beautiful. Definitely recommend it.

It’s a lovely place for some quiet, with a great mountain view, and I really enjoyed our stay. The best part was looking out at the stars. The host was so kind, breakfast was delicious, and our room had a very big, comfortable bed. It is a long way from shops and restaurants, though, so renting a car is probably best.

After a day of hiking and exploring, the pizza night dinner was seriously delicious. I’m a cat lover, so the super friendly host cat made this my favorite hotel stay. Highly recommend this peaceful place near Ollantaytambo.
