They let us park our motorcycles in the lobby, which made this a very motorcycle-friendly hotel. They also have a couple of private garages nearby that they can use. The place is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived cold and damp after riding in the rain, but the roomy showers had plenty of really hot water. The beds were comfortable, with just the right amount of blankets. It's an easy walk, about five blocks, to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast is a nice light meal, and the coffee is incredible. Staff arranged tours for us with good companies that picked us up and dropped us back at the hotel. There are fancier places in town, but they cost a lot more, and it's a tourist town, so prices are a bit higher everywhere.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. My room was clean and nice, and when I needed to check out early, they let me have breakfast at 6am instead of the usual 7am start. Lima St, with its shops and restaurants, is just two blocks away, about a 5-10 minute walk. It's a great-value, low-budget hotel. I'd stay again if I come back!

During my four nights at Mosoq Inn, the staff and family made the place feel like home when I needed it. Their care, hard work, support, pride in the place, and warm service really come through. It was an unforgettable and important part of my travels in Perú. They arranged excellent island tours, gave me a ride to the Bolivian consulate, and helped with a stressful bus ticket payment problem that had started before I arrived. They also arranged a 6:15 am trip to the bus station, paid for beforehand, and sent me off warmly. Breakfast was filling, the beds were comfortable, warm, and beautifully made, and the whole place was spotless. Puno is cold in winter, even indoors, with jackets needed inside and out while the space heaters work hard in the cement buildings. Getting warm shower water takes patience and gratitude. What kept me warmest was the Mosoq Inn family and staff, their caring support, and their high standards.

The shower pressure was great, but the room was freezing, below 15C. We arrived at 18:00 when the temperature was dropping, and even the staff were walking around in heavy coats. At first the room looked clean, but when I looked for power sockets, I found chocolate wrappers behind the curtain. I could only find two sockets, which seemed a bit sparse. We asked for a heater. The first was broken, and the second stopped working or overheated after about 60 minutes. I can't understand how this place gets a 4.4 on Google, especially when it advertises a TripAdvisor award from 2012.

I was really sick with altitude sickness around 11pm, when everyone was already asleep, and the gentleman at the front desk helped me with oxygen and Tea of Muña. I really appreciated the care and would come back. The place was very clean, with great customer service and a good breakfast. Thank you so much. I'd recommend it!
