It was below freezing overnight, and our room was freezing too, especially since we had colds. They gave us an extra blanket, and only afterward did we learn portable heaters might have been available. The lobby and breakfast room were cold as well. I'm sure our stay would have been great in warmer weather.
The facilities are a little old and could use more maintenance, but it's still good value for money. The staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was good!
It's a cheap hotel right in the center, in a good location. That also means there's quite a bit of traffic noise, and the WiFi didn't work anywhere in the hotel.
A cheap hotel and otherwise a good stay, but the address listed here is wrong. Search for "Puno 184" to find the actual place.
